The customer is responsible for ensuring that the delivery address provided is accurate. We are not liable for products delivered to incorrect addresses.

6. Return and Refund Policy

Customers may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is unused and in its original packaging.

Refunds will be processed within 10 days after we receive the returned product, and will be issued through the original payment method.
Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or the return is a result of our error.

7. Warranty

Our RO purifiers come with a One year warranty, covering any manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, misuse, or wear and tear.
Warranty claims must be accompanied by proof of purchase.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Company’s liability is limited to the price paid for the product. In no event shall the Company be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the product.
